Crypto art is digital art represented by a non-fungible token (NFT). This means that the piece of art you want to purchase is in a digital form (not printed} so you receive it as a digital file, a .jpg, .png, .gif, .mp4, .mov, .mp3 VR AR and more as long as it is not tangible except through a digital interface.
However you can also buy what you may class as ‘normal’ art in that it is a print, painting, drawing, sculpture, canvas, collage or such like with Cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litcoin, etc
Although I mint NFT’s through Minted.com and sell on platforms such as ArtOlin, Crypto.com and Open seas my main avenue is reaching those who would like to use their crypto currency such as bitcoin or Ethereum to purchase works of art they can frame, or buy framed and hang on their wall.
